Clear cassette with grey on-body print, non-textured borders with small triangle (left) and "MADE IN U.S.A." (right) molded into top edge.

Track listing printed on both J-Card and cassette is incorrect; rather than City Heat being the 1st track on side 2, it's the last track on side 1. The order of the tracks is correct, the error being where side 2 starts (with Rondo In D).
