This version has the "RIAA Gold Record Award" sticker affixed directly to the front cover. The record was certified gold on Nov. 10, 1969. Shrink wrap also had a round circular hype sticker reading "Includes The Hit Single Whole Lotta Love SD8236", which was released Nov 7, 1969, as well as a square sticker with rounded corners listing the songs and time of each.

"MFG. BY ATLANTIC RECORDING CORP., 1841 BROADWAY, NEW YORK, N.Y." in label rim text.

Pressings after the first Robert Ludwig cuts ("RL" initialed on the deadwax and known as the "hot" pressing) are considered a repress (with labels having the same exact Broadway rim text).

Runouts etched. "1-11" on Side A and "aB" on Side B are both lightly etched.

includes inner sleeve with advertising for other Atlantic LP's from 1968 and 1969, including "Aretha Franklin-Soul '69", "Led Zeppelin I" and "Wilson Pickett- Hey Jude".
