Australian singer/songwriter Kirin J Callinan is one part Scott Walker and two parts Birthday Party-era Nick Cave. His music is berserk, brilliant, and original. It's pompous enough to cut through and engage in a saturated world, with the right balance of humanity to make sure it's also important. Kirin now celebrates newfound and longstanding alliances on Bravado's tracklist with an eclectic cast of featured guests such as Mac DeMarco, Weyes Blood, Connan Mockasin and Alex Cameron.
