Tough Solar mixes dub, ambient and instrumental hip-hop aesthetics. All instruments are played live. No computer editing. Michael plays drums, percussion, voice and homemade samples to achieve the sound. Plenty of echo and reverb are thrown in to spice things up.

Tough Solar is Michael Lenzi. Michael has lived in Linz since 1989 and played drums, voice and guitar in Number One Cup, Gold Medal, The Fire Show, Resplendent and Lenzi.
