about

A sort of coming of age album, "I Killed Rock' N' Roll" is a pop punk 2000's Rock' N' Roll reflection of my relationships and growth from high school into my 20's. This first full album begins with youthful energetic songs like "Seattle" and "I Killed Rock' N' Roll," goes to sincere and heartfelt songs like "Optimistic" and "She Was To Me," and closes with wear and exhaustion in the songs "One More Hour" and "Vacancy." It cherishes important first relationships like my first best friend and my first love. It celebrates key moments while moving on and letting go.

Also... there's a song about a salesman for some reason...

The album features riffs, dynamics, and melodies similar to artists like Green Day, The Black Keys, Vampire Weekend, The White Stripes, and Death Cab For Cutie. Complete after three years of being professionally recorded at Dr Caw Recording in Northbrook Il, the album features strings (real and synth), beautiful harmonies, and fun group vocals, in addition to the expertly captured guitars, bass, keys, and lead vocals.
